Now that the regular season is over I figured that we would reset the counter at zero and ring in the New Year with some playoff picks! The playoff picks against the spread can be harder to pick than the regular season sometimes. Most teams got into the playoffs because they were good, others seem to limp into the playoffs because they had injuries or because their division was bad (Carolina and Arizona). Either way, these teams are in and they will fight to advance.

The Carolina Arizona game looks to be one of the worst games this weekend. I’m still taking Carolina and giving the points…not because they’re good but because Ariazona has no QB and they are banged up everywhere else. I’ll take Pittsburgh and the points as well, even though Le’Veon Bell is banged up. If he can play the Steelers will win and cover the spread.

On Sunday, The Bengals will visit Indianapolis and they will most likely lose. I just don’t think you’ll see the Bengals team that got blasted on October 19th though. They will keep this game close and even though I think they’ll lose, Indy hasn’t proven anything to me this year. In the late game on Sunday the Lions go to Dallas to play in Jerry’s house. Dallas has more to lose than the Lions do and I think that they’ll win but not by more than seven points. DeMarco Murray is banged up so he won’t go crazy but they’ll lean on him enough to pull out the win. As far as Detroit goes, Matt Stafford is 0-16 on the road against winning teams in his career. That’s all I need to know.

Before we move on, these picks are for fun. Don’t bet your life savings and then get pissed that some person you don’t know lost all of your money. Be accountable for your actions and if you have a gambling problem, it’s your problem. ALRIGHTY, let’s get to the picks!
